Weight Gain Journey Day 1: From Skinny to Muscular
Welcome to Day 1 of my weight gain journey! After taking a BMI (body mass index) test, I discovered that I need to gain 10–15 pounds to reach a healthier range. This is the start of my transformation from skinny to muscular, and I’m ready to build strength, create better habits, and take control of my fitness journey.
In this vlog, I’m sharing a glimpse of my workout routine designed to help me build muscle, followed by cooking a high-calorie, balanced meal to support my goals.
