One of the major highlights of the US Nationals is the over 900 cars that turnout on the property all week to try and have a shot at winning drag racing biggest crowns. A fan favorite of that class is the Sox & Martin Hemi Challenge, which has become a staple tradition of the event since its inception in 2001. 23 beautiful Hemi-powered muscle cars took to the track today as they tried to qualify in a good spot for tomorrow's elimination. However, a major story in this year's race is the return of 3x NHRA Pro Stock World Champion Jason Line, who is piloting one of the rolling masterpieces out of the Bucky Hess camp named "Fish Stick." We had a chance to talk to Jason about his return and Bucky Hess, who was the inaugural event winner in 2001.
