This poor Chevy Cobalt has been a beached whale ever since the owner's son was doing some underbody WELDING repairs and the interior wiring harness CAUGHT ON FIRE under the driver's seat!!
It has been to another shop where the wires were patched up and the ECM and BCM were replaced to no avail.
Let's see why this rusty clunker isn't even talking to the scanner, and start peeling back the onion.
