Wendy Williams is detailing how she ended up in the hospital after police conducted a welfare check. The former talk show host called into “The Breakfast Club” on March 11 along with Gina Monterroso, president of Connect Care Advisory Group. The two women explained they were the ones who put in the call to police in the hopes of getting Wendy removed from the assisted living facility she was confined to under her court-ordered guardianship. “I told them I am not incapacitated. You know, as I've been accused,” Wendy recalls telling the officers. The two women say Wendy was evaluated and passed testing for mental competency. 0:00 - Wendy Williams' Hospitalization Explained 1:45 - Call for Police Welfare Check 3:10 - Wendy Advocates for Her Independence 5:00 - Details from Wendy's Conversation with 'The Breakfast Club' 6:40 - Passing the Mental Competency Test 8:10 - Wendy's Future and Fans' Support » SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiKGMZZmZXK-RpbKJGXgH3Q?sub_confirmation=1 » Visit Our Website: http://accessonline.com Get More Access : Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/accesshollywood/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/accesshollywood Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/accesshollywood/ #AccessHollywood #WendyWilliams "Access Hollywood" is an entertainment news show featuring Mario Lopez, Kit Hoover, Scott Evans, and correspondent Zuri Hall.
