Western Visayas, Part 2- Kalibo, Aklan to Cuartero, Capiz
The second part of Western Visayas journey is from Kalibo Aklan where we have spent the night coming from Mindoro to Cuartero, Capiz. The actual drive for the day is from Kalibo to Iloilo City but the travel takes about 4 hours so rather than boring you with such a long video, we have divided then segment into 2 so stay tuned for the Western Visayas Part 3: Cuartero, Capiz to Iloilo City.
We were supposed to visit Santa Monica Parish in Panay to see the biggest bell in Asia but that will add 2 hours of drive to our day’s quota so we cancelled that & dropped by Saint Thomas De Villanueva in Dao instead which is more along the way.
Road condition is generally good though there are stretches undergoing repairs or widening.
