If you are trying to cut out single use plastic, but you like using plastic wrap (cling film/Saran wrap) in your watercolours - then what is the alternative? Or perhaps you are looking for new ways of adding exciting marks to your paintings? Either way, in this film I explore baking paper, tin foil, plastic bags, cereal packets and tissue paper. As a bonus, I will show you a wonderful surface to watercolour on. Last week, in this film: https://youtu.be/PKLbXrCB2Xw we used plastic wrap. It's a fabulous texture, but maybe you want an alternative. Here's how I prepare a watercolour canvas with tissue paper: https://youtu.be/T1FyB9Kq4hg If you enjoyed this film and the experiments, please subscribe. I do a film every week late on a Sunday afternoon.
