Cut 300 g of meat and fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Chop 1 carrot, onion, parsley root and celery.
Pour 1.5 liters of water and boil for 30 minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion.
Chop 1 leek.
Chop 1 carrot.
When it boils, remove the foam.
Chop 1 pepper.
also cut 200 g tomatoes.
Add 1 tsp sugar and simmer for 7 minutes.
