Do you remember when you first heard "Karen" as a term?
Yes. I saw it on a Twitter thing and it said, "Something that Karen would do." And I'm like, "Ooh, what would I do?" And I'm like, I googled it. And it was like, "Oh, no."
How do you feel about this new meaning?
Oh, I hate it.
I think it's really hilarious.
And I would love it if I didn't have the name, Karen.

Part of me is like, I wish it could have been something else. But at the same time, I am for the discussion that we need to have around it.
Have you ever personally used Karen as an insult?
No.
I did today. I did today. I actually typed in, "Oh my God, what a bunch of bloody Karens."
If you could throw any other name under the bus to take on the current stigma, what would you do?

See, the trick is not to complain about it. We're going to start up a group
going, Hire A Karen. Because you need a Karen to go in your group to go and sort out that bar bill that's not right. Or you need a Karen to stand up for certain things. So, every group needs a Karen.
