Stream now on iview: http://ab.co/ReputationRehab ___________________________________________ My name is Karen. Karen. Karen. Karen. Karen. But I'm from Perth, so you can call me Kazza. Do you remember when you first heard "Karen" as a term? Yes. I saw it on a Twitter thing and it said, "Something that Karen would do." And I'm like, "Ooh, what would I do?" And I'm like, I googled it. And it was like, "Oh, no." How do you feel about this new meaning? Oh, I hate it. I think it's really hilarious. And I would love it if I didn't have the name, Karen. (LAUGHS) Part of me is like, I wish it could have been something else. But at the same time, I am for the discussion that we need to have around it. Have you ever personally used Karen as an insult? No. I did today. I did today. I actually typed in, "Oh my God, what a bunch of bloody Karens." If you could throw any other name under the bus to take on the current stigma, what would you do? Oh, see. I'm not a big fan of two wrongs make a right. I have never thought of that, but, um, I'm gonna say whatever, Carol? (LAUGHS) Why not a guy's name. Kevin? I'm pushing for a Craig. Craig. No. I kind of like it. I'm keeping it. I think I wouldn't. Are you worried that complaining about being called a Karen will actually make you a Karen? See, the trick is not to complain about it. We're going to start up a group going, Hire A Karen. Because you need a Karen to go in your group to go and sort out that bar bill that's not right. Or you need a Karen to stand up for certain things. So, every group needs a Karen.
