Hello Everyone!
I thought it would be a fun idea to bring y’all with me as I went about my day! Honestly, I’m glad I did. I had a lot fun filming and I woke up this morning with the urge to film again lol. It also was a good way to show just how much of a rollercoaster my emotions can be throughout the day. And shows how separated my day feels in my brain, it’s a little surreal rewatching it. I’m getting better at dealing with triggers but as you can see, it still gets to me sometimes. I’m working on it, since life can come at any point to knock me down. And I want to be able to better handle those rough times. ANYWAYS! As always, thank you guys for watching!!!
