Royal Caribbean's private island Coco Cay is probably the most well-known and most visited cruise destination of it's kind in the world. On my recent Utopia of the Seas cruise, I stopped on the island after 13 years of not being back and was surprised by all the changes! That tropical, deserted island feeling is basically gone. Now, it's paved with a waterpark, beach clubs, splash pads, and more. The day we visited, the Harmony of the Seas was also there. That means around 12,000 cruisers on the island! It's too much.
