One of the most brutal concentration camps of World War 2 was Stutthof, and a number of female guards worked there. These women such as Herta Bothe, Elisabeth Marshall, Ewa Paradies, Jenny Wanda Barkmann and Charlotte Klein were known for their ruthless behaviour and actions. Some of them were executed on a huge gallows at the end of the Second World War, but others were sentenced to time in prison, but others managed to escape any punishment.
