Highly requested video from a lot of you, so this is a general video of what I eat in a day! Nothing crazy or fancy lol, just what I love to keep me eating good foods and healthy meals.
Some days I will snack much more (I have such a sweet tooth) I just didnt on the day of filming but don't feel bad for treating yourself. Dark chocolate is my go too if I fancy something sweet & want to feel less bad for it !
I will also always drink atleast 1.5-2L of water a day - stay hydrated my girlies ♡
Breakfast:
Seamoss (3 tablespoons with water)
Chicken sausages,
Avocado,
Sourdough,
Sriracha Mayo,
Peppermint Tea with Honey
Late lunch:
Tuna,
Mexican Rice / Quinoa,
Hoisin Sauce
Dinner:
Salmon,
Brown rice,
Avocado,
Long stem broccoli,
Corn on the cob
