Here’s what I eat in a day: 🥬 Breakfast - 3-egg garden omelet 🌱 Lunch - Sourdough toast with cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts, and pickled onions + side salad of garden greens topped with Dijon vinaigrette 🥕 Afternoon pick-me-up - Carrot juice + apple 🍲 Dinner - Kale and white bean soup + herb dip with sourdough bread 🫖 Bedtime - Sage tea Having just ONE of these meals once a week could absolutely change your diet, your health, and your whole entire lifestyle.
