Hereās the fantasy: having your own vegetable garden and eating from your
garden every single day. Hereās why youāre not making that happen: youāre worried youāll spend hours in the vegetable garden, followed by hours in the kitchen.
Well, in this video, Iāll show you all the things I eat in one day as a busy
entrepreneur who's also a mom of 4. Every meal contains something Iāve grown in my 200-square-foot garden, which I honestly only spend about 5 minutes tending a day. And every meal only takes about 5 minutes to prepare.
Hereās what I eat in a day:
š„¬ Breakfast - 3-egg garden omelet
š± Lunch - Sourdough toast with cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts, and pickled onions + side salad of garden greens topped with Dijon vinaigrette
š„ Afternoon pick-me-up - Carrot juice + apple
š² Dinner - Kale and white bean soup + herb dip with sourdough bread
š« Bedtime - Sage tea
Having just ONE of these meals once a week could absolutely change your diet, your health, and your whole entire lifestyle. Even busy people can make the garden a part of their everyday life. That's what being a 5-minute gardener is all about!
Stick around to learn how to make real fast foodāfood thatās fast and real and from the garden. Tell me in the comments which dish you plan to make first. If you have something else you want me to show you how to make from the garden, I'm all ears.
