For today’s video I take you through what I eat in a day as PCOS girlie which includes an Indian diet high in protein and fiber. This diet is low carb and great for fat loss. I also answer your questions related to symptoms of PCOS, what medication I take for PCOS, how to deal with irregular periods and everything you need to know. Enjoy!

The diet I’ve followed in the video:
9:00am - 500ml water in chia seeds + 2 figs + 5 almonds + 1 tbsp mixed seeds
11:30am - 1 Broccoli oats jowar cheela + small pieces + tofu 80 gm

2:00pm - Soya kebab roll (1 roll) + Greek yogurt 200 gms

4:00pm - Vegetable Juice
Recipe: Few Coriander Leaves + 1 amla + 7-8 Curry Leaves + 1/2 beetroot+ 1/2 inch ginger + 1.5 glass water- Blend this all together & strain into a bottle: add black salt & lemon juice for taste.
6:30pm - 1 scoop protein with water + 25 gm roasted makhana
8:30pm - 1 bowl cous cous upma (total 150gm after cooking) + grilled/ sauteed tofu with spices 125 gms
