What I Eat in a Day | Intuitive Eating Before My Cut” Hey guys! 💛 Thought I’d walk you through a full day of eating as I focus on intuitive & mindful eating before starting my cut. My goal is to build a strong foundation and listen to my body while still enjoying my favorite meals. Hope you guys enjoy! Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add ½ tbsp avocado oil. 2. Season the steak with salt & pepper, then place in the pan. 3. Cook for 4 minutes, flipping twice. 4. Add garlic & butter, flip one more time, and cook to preferred doneness. Chicken • Season with garlic, black pepper, oregano, paprika & chicken bullioun (optional). Potatoes 1. Season with salt, pepper & oregano. 2. Microwave for 4 minutes, then remove and season again with olive oil, paprika & garlic. 3. Air-fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Broccoli • Cook in the same pan as the chicken with onion powder & pepper.
