I filmed this on day #23, of my 6 week adherence to the Goodbye Autoimmune Protocol, and I already felt the effects of this anti-inflammatory healing diet and lifestyle. As I explain, I am looking to reduce autoimmune markers and I am going 6 weeks or more with the strict Goodbye Lupus protocol, as well as lifestyle changes outlined in Goodbye Autoimmune Disease.
