Welcome back to another what I eat in a day video. I really enjoy making these videos, not only because I love sharing my recipes and inspiration with you all, but also because I find it sometimes holds me accountable for cooking meals at home throughout the day and helps me stay creative in the kitchen!
When it comes to nutrition for me, there are not many things that I tend to change up. For example, I love sticking to my fresh fruits, veggies, savory breakfasts, meats, seafood, and smoothies! However, one thing that I do want to start changing is how much protein I eat in a day. Believe it or not, it is actually very hard for us to hit our recommended daily protein intake, but it’s the key ingredient when it comes to gaining and maintaining muscle. Gaining more muscle has been on my list of goals this year, and I am determined to hit that goal! I wanna take you with on this journey so hopefully you will enjoy this video.
