What I Eat in a Week | High Protein Veggie Weeknight Dinners

We enjoyed some delicious meals this week, really hope you enjoy! If there's anything you'd like to see in these videos moving forward, just let me know :) some more info on the meals I made is below.

Homemade beans: beans cooked for about 15-20 mins on the hob, potatoes took 10 mins in our microwave and then about 20-25 mins in the air fryer
Ultimate traybake ragu: more info in the recipe book, takes about 1hr20 total
Crispy, cheesy smashed potatoes: 30-40 mins in the oven, 200 degrees c
Mushroom curry laksa: cooked for about 15-20 mins on the hob
Red lentil dahl: cooked for about 20 mins on the hob
