One Pan Tomato Orzo

FRIDAY:
Mom's Chicken Parm
-Just your normal dredge with egg, flour, and a little panko. Spices she used were oregano, garlic powder, salt, onion powder. Coat all the chicken and fry until golden. Grease a baking dish, layer sauce and cheese on the bottom. Top each cutlet with cheese, sauce, more cheese, and a tiny bit of sauce. Bake until bubbling, the chicken is cooked through, and the cheese is melted.
