After seeing the response to my other what if, "What if Gohan and Goten Were Twins?", I decided to see if I could apply the same concept to another duo of brothers. Instead of Raditz and Kakarot being born separately, what would happen if they were born together, and Raditz was sent to Earth with Kakarot?
