The Balkan Pact was signed in 1934, and it was made up of all countries that border Bulgaria, with the goal of containing the country and preventing further expansion, as the Bulgarians had claims in all of their neighboring countries.

The danger for the Balkan territorial integrity ended up being not Bulgaria, but rather it was Italy and Germany, which had partitioned Yugoslavia, gave away Romanian lands, and fully invaded and conquered Greece.

The question in this alternate history is, what if the Balkan Pact was activated when Italy invaded Greece, bringing all of these countries in a state of war against the Axis.
