You can use a Tiddlywiki to do just that! And I adapted one to allow me to create Spells (Powers) and do the math for me. Its a mix of pen and paper (sorry, mouse and google docs) and math functions in GCS. It allows me to see the spell in full form, with all of the enhancements and limitations laid out... and quickly make changes to "tweak" the spell.
