This is an excerpt from my new training called "Resistance Gardening" that is open now and available here: https://rootcraft.thinkific.com/courses/resistance-gardening
Whether you're brand new to gardening and herbalism or a seasoned pro looking to expand your garden's functionality— you are in the right place!
In the training, we'll start off with some basic gardening lessons, covering some botany, soil care, and my tips and tricks for getting your garden off to a great start.
If you're already familiar with the basics: I encourage you to go through this section anyway. It's not very long, and you may find some gems of information in there you haven't come across before.
After that, we'll dive into the 12 plants I consider absolute powerhouses when it comes to working double or triple duty as food☑️, first aid☑️, skincare☑️, medicine☑️, and land restoration☑️.
You may even already be growing some of them as foods!— but you'll also learn how to work with their biproducts for medicine or skincare... This way you can reduce waste and make the most out of every harvest.
After that, we'll learn some basic preservation methods and recipes for topical preparations. (If you want more advanced lessons on medicine making and plant phytochemistry: check out my other classes)
Then, as a bonus, I've included deep-dives into a few more plants that I simply could NOT in good conscience leave out.

Thanks for watching! I hope to see you in the training!
