and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. He spent 15 years in Manhattan, New York, working as a management consultant. He is skilled in defining and delivering diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and training, change management strategy advice, business value realization, and executive coaching strategies for an organization, its workforce, and individuals. His consulting career at McKinsey and Adobe has been based on digital transformation and change management. At Adobe, Shiv designed, developed, and productized a new organizational growth practice service line that provides strategies around people, processes, culture, and structure shifts to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and retention of Adobe's Digital Marketing stack. In 2020, the service line accounted for 30% of his group’s pipeline for the fiscal year. He is passionate about belonging and inclusion. His coachees span career-starters to CEOs.
