Making Sourdough Bread with 100% Fresh Milled Flour Recipe.
I still am very much learning the art of working with fresh milled flour. I am always learning, trying new techniques, etc, but I just really wanted to encourage those of you who have been utterly frustrated by dense loaves that are nearly inedible. I hope this recipe and little tips are a blessing. It's always a work in progress and I will update if there are any changes in the future!
