Everyone collects cards differently, and that's one of the things that I love most about the hobby. Some people prefer centering, others like registration, some want sharp corners, while others like a clean surface. If you were going to buy a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle, and you had to give up in some areas of condition, which is the area that is not something you could go without? Where are so many variables in this hobby, which is one of the beauties of it. I'm looking to make a big purchase at some point soon, will it be a Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Mickey Mantle, Cy Young, or Christy Mathewson?
