On Tuesday, October 25, 2016, Thunder River Rapids at Dreamworld in Queensland, Australia was operating normally. Raft 5 was exiting the conveyor when it collided with raft 6 in the station area. The conveyor continued to run and pushed raft 5 into raft 6 which caused raft 5 to flip upwards.
