2. Rock Sugar Yuzu Syrup: https://yjc.tokyo/japanesefood-recipe-yuzu-syrup/ This is my personal favourite recipe. I made two versions of it—one with pulp and one without. The one with pulp is more tart, while the one without is quite sweet, but both are really good.
