So to get your perfect milk texture
- you need to have cold milk basically, the colder your milk is the more time you have to steam .
-you need to know the right air to eject in your milk because the more air you eject the more foam you have the less you eject your milk will not be good as well.
-always purge your steam warm basically to have clearance.
-the right portion to put your steam warm inside your basically it should be just belly below the surface of you milk and tilt your cup one side either left or right.
-temperature is really important about 65 degrees the milk start to break down.
