WHATS INSIDE? DISSOLVING ROCKS WITH TABLE VINEGAR

What's inside these two rocks when etched? Looking for crystals by dissolving calcite in simple table vinegar for two weeks. I had to refresh the vinegar multiple times in this experiment.
