When to Harvest Garlic
I love this time of year in the vegetable garden. Garlic is the first of the really substantial crops that we harvest from our summertime garden. When I first started growing garlic I struggled with knowing when to harvest garlic. I hope this video helps you get your garlic harvested and cured for a long winter of tasty dishes!!
