My name is Gioele Pofferi, I live in the Tuscan countryside and I am passionate about agriculture, I like to cultivate the land, sow vegetables and take care of it, from sowing to harvesting, through fertilizing, weeding, mulching, earthing up and pruning where necessary.

I like to follow the principles of permaculture in the design and creation of my vegetable garden and pastures for the animals, with the aim of bringing all my experiences to a farm where I can demonstrate that economic and environmental sustainability can go hand in hand if combined in the right way.
