Unsalted butter 110g｜1/2cup
Sugar 100g｜less than 1/2cup
Whole egg 2 (55g+- an egg)
Cake flour 140g｜1cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Whipping cream 80ml｜1/3cup
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Rum 1tsp
Pan size 18x6x9cm
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 30-40 minutes
