How to make White Lemon Pickle & Gooseberry ( nellika) Pickle
White Lemon Pickle
Big lemon ( Kambili Naranga / Pomelo Fruits / Vadukapuli Naranga ) - 1 Big
ginger - 1 tbs
Sambar chillie - 7 - 8 nos
green chillies - 7 - 10 nos
Gingelly oil - 50 gms
Curry Leaves
Salt( according to taste )
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Gingelly oil - 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 4 nos
Gooseberry ( nellika) Pickle
Gooseberry ( nellika) - 1/4 kg
Water
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Tamarind - 1 ( Gooseberry Size ) + 1/2 CUP WATER
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1 Pinch
Coriander Powder - 11/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Gingelly oil - 1 tbs
Curry Leaves
Garlic ( Crushed ) - 1 Pod ( 15 small flakes or 7 - 8 big flakes )
Gingelly oil - 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 4 nos
