500 gms of fusilli pasta
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon oil
8-10 Garlic buds chopped
2 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups water
2 teaspoon chilly flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon rosemarry
fresh mozarella cheese and chilly flakes for Garnishing
