Today we’re gonna talk about the Void Trilogy which is part of the Commonwealth Saga by Peter F Hamilton. I really like the Commonwealth Saga for a few reasons, for one, I’m generally a sucker for space operas. I’ve always been fascinated with the idea of human colonization of space and what mysteries we could encounter there, you can probably tell that from looking at my channel. I also love the way the series pays homage to classic authors like Asimov, Arthur C Clarke, and even Larry Niven. The Void Trilogy is particularly awesome because it starts off with a great mystery, who constructed the void, why, and what is inside of it? Now before we go any further I must warn you, if you have not read the Commonwealth Saga don’t watch this video if you care about spoilers because I will be discussing some of the major plot developments.
