A Lil' explanation for those who didn't understand the characters or the names:
Those people Midorya, Bakugou, and todoroki gradually turned into, are different people from somewhere else. They have separated minds and the crew (Todo, Baku, and Deku) don’t know what they do when they transform, that's why Iris(or Deku) was telling the class and the heroes there ( off the screen but they were there) not to say anything to the crew, because if the crew knew what they did, they would break their connection and all of them would no longer be compatible vessels. (Because they accepted to fuse in with each other) Iris, Daring, and Rhuby are criminals(or villains) and since they merged bodies with the crew, they are kind of considered traitors.

The names I put, I just did because I liked them and thought it would fit in with them.
