Hello friends,
Today, I wanted to show you how I changed up my Paper Organization. This was inspired by Yvonne @MemoryJournalsbyYvon. She did a couple of videos of her craft room and I was inspired by how she tracked her digitals. While I keep a spreadsheet of my digital files, it is a daunting task. It is difficult to remember what I have without have a visual reminder. I decided to go through all my Etsy orders and take a screenshot of each digital kit I have purchased over the past 4 years. Yes, it was a daunting task but well worth the work! I purchased plastic sleeves and binders to store the images in. This way, I can flip through the binders to be reminded of what I have. I also have folders of my files and the shops they were purchased from, but it is also daunting to keep up with. So, my plan going forward is to grab that screenshot as soon as I purchase a digital file, track it on the spreadsheet and put it in the binders. I can already tell this was worth the time and effort as I have discovered papers that I forgot about as well as realized I had purchased the same papers more than once.
Thank you Yvon for sharing your ideas! Here is a link to her channel if you are interested - https://www.youtube.com/@memoryjournalsbyyvon
I hope you enjoy!
