This week we experience first hand why free camps are closing down.
We needed to find a camp for New years eve and we hadn't booked anything but felt we would be able to find something. We headed just north of Streaky bay to a camp we have been to before two years ago, Point brown. You get blown away with what you experience arriving at this camp when driving down point brown road.
We found a great camp after having a look around by foot and were so happy with our camp. We took a walk on the beach and then Sue ended up with a swollen ankle which was strapped up with our Icheck tpms first aid kit.
We an awesome evening with a lovely cooked pork roast and went to bed before seeing in the new year,
When we woke up we had realised that someone had bogged them self selves 15m from our van that could have ended badly.

Our trip around Australia all started in 2019 when we lost a dear friend and something like that opened our eyes up and decided to travel and make memories as tomorrow is not guaranteed.
