WHY ARE MY LIGHTS FLICKERING ?!?

Flickering lights are extremely annoying and above all, a fire hazard. What causes them is a loose connection at one point or another. Loose connections cause resistance to build, which is heat, which is not good. If you have this issue do not panic, but don’t overlook it.
