For some reason, we have problems making anything low ABV, like a hydromel. We meant for it to be like 5%, but apparently we can't drive.... 5? Yeah, bad joke, but we did make a strawberry banana mead. That's right, a MEAD (or honey wine) with REAL strawberries and bananas! Okay, they were frozen, but... still very REAL! And it was GOOD!
