Most know you should be able to get better performance from a DIY sub or even just an ugly sub that is usually meant for behind the screen placement than a sub that is good performance and great looking! So yes there are places for the JTR and DIY subs, but isn't the same true of the Perlisten's of the world? Or is everyone out there a go big or go home, brute method of sub woofer approach?
