I assume a lot of people won't! So I went into this with the goal of just expressing how Fates is designed to be about having ultimate control over your team. The classes they all are, their supports, their skills. You can play through the game 3 times and have all the perfect skills to pass down to build super-units! But why? Why bother playing a Fire Emblem game 3 times? And having to purchase all 3 playthroughs separately. As someone who does replay Fire Emblem games from time to time, I've realized, the good ones (Rekka No Ken, Sacred Stones, Awakening, for example) all have enough plot and enough characters to make each playthrough different and memorable. Fates just doesn't do that, With all the quality of life online stuff (Which I didn't mention, but it didn't really matter) it makes the game more about tending to your team, rather than experiencing the story. The characters aren't the worst, and the story concept isn't bad, but there's no life to it. #FireEmblem #FireEmblemFates #FireEmblem3DS
