In this Video I explain my motivation and the steps I took to make my idea for a 60 degree V Twin minibike engine and make it into running prototype. The engine was designed by myself in Fusion360 using a mixture of off the shelf parts and one off components. Once my design was complete I used the lost foam casting process to turn my foam patterns into a solid aluminium crankcase. The next step was to use Fusion360's CAM to create all of the G code, this allowed me to CNC machine all of the important features on my Converted Optimum CNC mill. Once everything was machined, it was time to fit it all together and start the engine.
