Up until 2020 I primarily thought of wealth in relation to how many dollars I had in the bank, with little understanding of how fragile the value of those dollars truly was.
Events that took place in 2020: specifically the mass handout of stimulus and the $3 Trillion increase in debt over just 3 months, showed me how quickly the dollar could be devalued and prompted me at that time to make investments in things with historically durable value. This video talks about how fiat currency relates to sheep in my particular journey.
