Why Link is PAINFULLY AVERAGE in Melee, and how he changed in Project M

Link is middle of the road in Melee's ever changing meta. Being barely mid-tier basically means you aren't that viable in the Melee Meta. Link does get plenty of buffs in Project M and Project Plus, landing in the upper end of the B Tier which is respectable even in todays meta.
