In this video essay, we break down why the new DCEU film, The Flash, is everything wrong with Hollywood. Starring Ezra Miller, The Flash tells an incredibly messy story with a mix of Nostalgia, cameos, tonal whiplash, and a list of other faults. Although it has moments of greatness, it ultimately is a lesson on how to not make a nostalgia-bait superhero movie. The return of Michael Keaton's Batman wasn't enough to save this one.
