In this video I compare the Sliger CX3702 to two other rack cases that I felt were comparable. Although I don't have the Rosewill and iStar cases on hand I feel I can draw from years of experience to assess their quality. The first half of the video I go over features and functionality of the cases. The second half I talk about each case's strong points and value. At the end I talk about why you would want to go with this over another option like the Dell PowerEdge R730.
TLDR the outstanding features on the CX3702 are build quality, magnetic dust filter, quiet operation, general ease of drive access, and compactness.

I should have put the case dimensions in a more logical order as pointed out by matthewclark7032. Here they are:
Rosewill RSV-R4200U: 7" x 16.9" x 19.3"
Sliger CX3702: 5.22" x 17" x 17.89"
iStar D-3100HN: 5.22" x 18.98" x 20.43"
