Video Not Working? Fix It Now

0:00 - Intro 0:47 - Why 21mm? 2:37 - Ultrawide attributes 6:23 - DZO Arles 21mm Technical Review 12:04 - Filmmaking vs. Specs 13:14 - Love for the Ghosts Dear Ghosts, It is with great care and love that I present this project to you all. To be honest, I’ve been working on it so long that it always ends up looking boring to me after memorizing every frame. This video is based off of a very cinematic game called Little Nightmares. I had planned to record a short movie with myself and Chili, but there were many setbacks and our original set location was under construction so unfortunately it is mostly just Chili walking around. Perhaps next time we can record more story but I think the compositions have enough transition to resemble some storytelling elements. Music was really tough to write for this video, which took nearly 3 days. I had other soundtracks planned, but ultimately felt as though staying true to the OST would be nostalgically fitting for those in the know. Otherwise I’m quite happy how it turned out. I’m using CleverTwilight, Ghost and Decay LUTs to grade this video but I included rec709 footage in the technical section if you want to see what the lens looks with rec709, only basic edits to contrast and saturation. I feel like there are enough technical videos out there so I’m probably really close to done with technical reviews unless people express otherwise. It also might seem like I’m over exaggerating in that section but that’s only because I showed you the best footage mostly around t2 and not 1.4. I did shim the lens and DZO still said the lens has no problem. Luckily it’s only sometimes fuzzy, it’s fine if there’s a ton of separation such as when you’re really close to your subject. The majority of the footage was shot around t2 or t4 and the deliberate scenes 5.6. I think I showcased a bit of everything you’d want to see except nighttime footage, which did look nice but not good enough to include in an already long video.
