Why XBox One controllers won't turn on or charge. Fatal flaw in Microsoft's design.

This video shows the reason why so many XBox One controller fail to power on out of nowhere. It's a bad design caused my Microsoft placing one button on a separate pcb board, which make every button press of it push the board apart until the connectors eventually tear off.
